Terms & Conditions — poki Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "poki", "we", "us", "our" refers to the poki online betting and casino platform accessible at poki.bar and any associated subdomains or applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the poki platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account opened by an individual on the poki platform.

• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's poki account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency on the poki platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the poki platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the poki platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the poki platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from using online gambling services.
• You have not previously had a poki account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of poki or any of its affiliated game providers.

3.2 Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

poki reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the poki platform. If poki identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator — all accounts except the original may be suspended and any funds or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.4 KYC Verification

poki may request identity verification documentation at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a period of elevated account activity. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your poki account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

poki will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been performed by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to that activity occurring. poki accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised party has accessed your account, you must contact poki support immediately at [email protected]. poki will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending a security review.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

poki accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account and will be returned via the original payment channel where technically possible.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the player's poki balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. poki does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Currency

All deposits, account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). poki does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion that occurs on the player's side prior to deposit is entirely the responsibility of the player and may incur charges from the player's financial institution.

5.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your poki account, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source, that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and that the deposit does not violate any applicable law. poki reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of real-money funds. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. poki reserves the right to require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place as part of poki's anti-money-laundering controls. poki reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

6.3 Processing Times

poki aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any pending verification requirements. Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically received by the player within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the poki platform's cashier page. These limits are subject to change. poki reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments over a period not exceeding seven business days.

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

poki reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) identity verification is outstanding; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the player has an outstanding balance of bonuses that have not been fully settled. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it where permissible.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by poki are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. Players should read all promotion-specific terms carefully before claiming any offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the deposit amount matched by the bonus. Specific game categories (for example, live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — this will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free bet credits have an expiry date from the point of issuance or from the point of the qualifying deposit, as specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been used or that have not met their wagering requirement before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the poki platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only when poki has issued a bet confirmation reference. No bet is valid until this confirmation has been received by the player.
• poki reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, provided that the error was material and obvious.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event or game, poki's determination shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Bets placed on sporting events are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market. These rules address circumstances such as postponed events, abandoned matches, player withdrawals, and other contingencies.
• poki reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, player, or account at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at poki's sole discretion. poki reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point without notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the poki platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain funds, bonuses, or advantageous positions on the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other manipulation of the outcome of any event on which bets have been placed.
• Attempting to launder money or process any funds connected to criminal activity through the poki platform.
• Providing false identification documentation or impersonating another individual.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing poki staff or other players via any communication channel.

poki cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

10 Responsible Gaming

poki is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within the account dashboard. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for betting or gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the poki platform may contact support to initiate the self-exclusion process. Once self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, and the account will be permanently closed.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the poki platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of poki's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poki's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your poki account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

poki shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature;
• Losses arising from interruption to the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond poki's reasonable control.

poki does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. The platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14 Amendments to Terms

poki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, poki will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated on the revised document.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any eligible balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to poki's offshore operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

poki operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. poki makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
